RUMOR: check out pieces of the six film script
//By Renata at 01st 2008
One more time, the user wild_world-1, former member of IMDb, who moved to the Harry Potter Forum after having its account deleted, has made available pieces of the script of film six, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
The pieces are about two scenes in the film. The first one would be the visit made by the Weasleys, Harry and Hermione to the store owned by Fred and George, the Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes.The second one is held on Christmas, on the night before the attack to the Burrow, scene that, although it is not in the books, David Yates felt would be nice to be in the film.
Furthermore, the user said that the death of Aragog is also in the movie, and that Dobby and Kreacher were cut out, since their names are not in the roll-list he has.
According to him, Draco seems to be very present and, as in the books, Harry suspects of him, but the film actually shows Draco working in the Room, different from the book, where we are only told about that. And concludes: the kiss between Harry and Ginny is not sad.
It is not known how he access such files, however, the pieces seem to be true. Remember, as a proof, that the user had earlier released the cast list.
Rumor: will part of Deathly Hallows be filmed in the USA?
//By Raquel at 30th 2008
The British series Doctor Who (BBC), in which David Tennant acts - Barty Crouch Jr. in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire - had some of its chapters filmed in the United States. The motive would be the budget, since the filmings in the USA are considered cheaper.
And what Potter has to do with that? According to the SyFy, which signs the article, the two final parts of DH might be filmed on the other side of the Atlantic due to the disparity of coins, of the dollar before the pound, an aggravating factor and as consequence an addition in the budget.
However, the information still had not been confirmed by the WB. Therefore it must be considered as a rumor until the official pronouncement of it.
This never happened in the history of the Harry Potter movies, and if the divided parts of the last movie of the series, will be filmed in the United States, according to the scriptwriter Steve Kloves there is a great possibility of the money to be invested in a better way.

According with the site Heo, there will also be produced a figure of the werewolf Fenrir Greyback, however its image was not spread until now.

Are we going to see the scene with Luna during Quidditch in the movie ?

HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE
Interview with the cast of the movie
FIXX Cinema
August 23th of 2008
Translation: BWO
DR: Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter)
RG: Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley)
BW: Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley)
EL: Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood)
ML: Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom)
How far are you with the 6th movie? DR: Right in the middle. RG: I haven’t done so much but Dan has already been filming for a few months.
Is this like a second home for you? ML: Definitely. And I also sleep here. They tell you to look asleep and I really fall asleep. The beds are extremely comfortable. And I do come here for seven years now.
Do you have the whole script or just you own scenes? EL: Yeah but they’re changing something every day. RG: It’s really good. And I liked the 6th book a lot. We’re going to do some cool things.
The 6th part is a major movie for Ginny. BW: Yeah , Yeah I.. EL: You’re supposed to say: “I’m really looking forward to play Ginny again” BW: Yeah it’s definitely a good film for her. Until now it was a lot of fun.
Are we going to see the scene with Luna during Quidditch in the movie? EL: Yes , No , wait a minute. The commentary, I don’t think so. But the lions hat is there to make us forget the no commentary thing.
Do you read the books again before the shooting or are you relying on David Yates to tell you what to do? BW: I’ve read all books and I love them but they can’t put everything in the movies and that’s a pity. But I thing the most important parts are in it. RG: This time Ron has a girlfriend and there is a lot more kissing going on for which I’m grateful. DR: I’m looking forward to see Rupert kissing Lavender Brown. That’s going to be funny.
The next movie is probably going to be not as dark as the last on . In the book are a lot of funny scenes DR: Yes I think so, that’s the short answer but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t a lot of terribly dark scenes… DR: … Especially in the third part, but , yeah , there are a lot of relly funny scenes. Comparing to the other movies this script is the funniest.
You know Emma for so long , it has to be strange to fall in love with her (character ) now? RG: Yes , especially after reading the 7th book and knowing how the story ends. It’s a little embarrassing but I’m going to make it.
DR: I’m going to try to bring something of the Will Ferrell comedy school to Hogwarts. That’s going to be my mission. No, I love comedy and it will be interesting to see more of Harry’s sense of humor.
BW: We’re doing it for so long now and can be relaxed and concentrated on the acting . And David Yates is directing again and it’s nice to have that kind of continuity.
DR: During the last few weeks I worked a lot with Jim Broadbent. It was great, he is a great actor and it’s very interesting to work with him.
EL: It’s always nice to be here. No matter what you have to do even if you only have a few scenes, you’re meeting new people. There’s not a single boring day.
You have old people here and new people , it’s a bit like school , You’re coming back and there are new students and new teachers. DR: Yes but it’s more fun than a normal school . And it’s great having people like Jim or Imelda Staunton come on board and you can learn so much from them, you’re getting new ideas and learn.
Happy Birthday King Grint!
//By Staff at 24th 2008
Not all the majesty wants a crown, a cape and a scepter… Not even Rupert Grint, I mean, Rupert Alexander Lloyd Grint. Today, the already adult Mr. Grint celebrates one more year of life, exact 20 years.
Made eternal as the playful and heroic character Ron Weasley, he sells ice creams in his van and ignore the power that could have risen to his head. Rup, as well as Dan and Emma, began very young in the intense cinematographic work - and let’s agree that Rupert sold the perfect idea of a genuine redhead Weasley.
Since the last five movies there is no Ron without Rupert and vice-versa, so it is not any exaggeration to affirm that both were predestined. Amid obscure movies, Rupert makes his part taking humor and casualness to the adaptation. And of course, we are thankful.
Missing two movies for the ending of the Potter franchise in the screens, Rupert does not rest in the strenuous task of getting involved in parallel projects and trying (even with difficulty) to gradually belittle of the firm connection that joins him to Ron. Beginning with “Thunderpants“, venturing in “Driving Lessons” and in the recent and nominee to controversial-project “Cherry Bomb”, Rupert can be sure that his fans, pottermaniacs or not, will be loyal by his side.
The Ish Staff wishes the redhead an incredible, replete of happiness day and good vibrations.
Happy Birthday to our King Grint!
The destiny of Hedwig could have been different
//By Raquel at 24th 2008
Melissa Anelli promised to spread in the site Harry, A History some prior of what we will be able to find in the book with the same name that will be published in November 4th. In her last update, Melissa revealed a little of her interview with the author JK Rowling.
We were talking about which bits of the book she had planned from the beginning - what pieces of canon she knew about as soon as she thought of Harry (and the answer to that question is, mostly, in the book; after publication I’ll post the rest of this comment to fill out the answer). As it turns out, Hedwig, in the original incarnation of book one, had a very pivotal role that would demand her living through to the end of book seven.
Jo Said:
“I had to work quite hard in finding a very particular way for that snitch to be caught because I knew I was going to do that later; initially, as my British editor can confirm, I had Hedwig catch that snitch. She wanted that changed, and I thought, ‘Oh, God, back to the drawing board.’
Actually that’s what sealed Hedwig’s fate, because the plan was for Hedwig to open the snitch, because touched it first, but, by making it Harry, then it was time too kill her earlier. I think she was going to die anyway, eventually.”
Jo revealed previously that the death Hedwig was necessary like a transition of the Harry’s safe life to the totally unexpected. But if Hedwig captured the snitch in the first book, she would be saved up until the end of the seventh book. Which destiny do you think that would be fairer to our beloved owl?

Know some details of the park The Wizarding World of HP
//By Raquel at 21st 2008
The site Orlando Weekly published a new article talking about the news which will be seen in Walt Disney, in the SeaWorld and in Universal Orlando. Among the attractions, obviously they had to comment about the thematic park The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
The site says that a preview of the park can happen in the Christmas of 2009 and its official opening would happen only in the summer of 2010. Also talks about what people will be able to see inside the Hogwarts castle:
For an idea of what might be inside that enormous space, read U.S. Patent No. 6796908, which describes an interactive Harry Potter dark ride in which tourists use RFID-enabled electronic “magic wands” to “cast spells” that affect the outcome of the attraction.
It also comments about the attractions that will be remodeled or destroyed to give place for the enormous structure compound not only for Hogwarts, but also for Hogsmeade:
Elsewhere in Potterworld, you’ll find the Three Broomsticks pub-restaurant and other money-spending opportunities, all behind snow-covered Hogsmeade Village facades (crafted by local scenic arts shop Nassal Co.). The Flying Unicorn kiddie-coaster will be re-themed to one of Hagrid’s magical creatures, and Dueling Dragons’ elaborate castle queue will be redecorated (hopefully not destroyed) around a wizarding competition.
